Building Your Dream SeasonÂ
Hey Friend,
Building your season will require you to design a vision you haven't quite seen yet, a vision so inspiring that it drives action. This is the work that will determine what's possible for you this year. Don't skimp on the exercises and commit to the work. Each step has a purpose and by the end you will have a clear plan for not only your season, but a detailed walk through of your daily/weekly agenda.
STEP ONE:
Your Visualization (meditation)
- Answer the most important question: What's possible when you remove your perceived limitations?
- Find a quiet space, put your headphones in, and press play.
STEP TWO:
Write your visualization:
In as much detail as possible write what you saw in your vision; like you're writing a scene in a movie.Â
Focus on what you want to achieve and the kind of person you need to become in order to reach it.
When you're done, attach what you wrote as part of your weekly check in this week.Â

 Watch the Vision Mapping Video:
- Watch the vision mapping video to learn how to turn your vision into a visual representation. This will guide you in creating your own inspiration wall.
Create Your Inspiration Wall:Â
- Using images, words, and quotes that align with your vision, build a visual reminder of what you’re working toward. Place it somewhere you’ll see it every day for motivation and focus.
