PCA SCHEDULE

Consider this your step-by-step guide for the next 12 weeks. Of course you can use the course however you'd like, but if you're looking for a little guidance, this is for you. WEEK 1-4

YOUR YOGA

Pick a class that fits your schedule, whether you have 15 mins or an hour. Ideally you take 2-3 classes a week. Spread them out however you like. I suggest spacing them out Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 

 

Recommended 2-3 meditations a week. One guided and 1-2 self-guided. See below for details.
