What time do you go to bed?

It's a question I ask nearly ever group of athletes I work with.

And every group (without fail) has no clue.

It seems like a no-brainer when you think about it, but most people don't.

I could tell you the most intricate ways to improve your performance, spend hours talking about mindset, but nothing (and I mean nothing) will be as powerful as having a bed time and prioritizing 8-9 hours of sleep a night. Nothing.
