Mindset Meditations

A guide to meditation

So much of your meditation practice will be about finding stillness. Within that stillness you can hear better, you can think better, you can clear some of the fog from your mind. The trick is to be open to the process. Maybe you do 5 mins at a time to start. There is no one way to do this. You just have to start.

The Power of Proactivity

"All fall down"

We all do this in some way; attempt to take on more than we can carry - either with the stories we carry, the people we love, or the obligations we feel compelled to meet. But what happens when you take on only what you need? How much space do you create when you leave behind the things that hold you back?

Chasing Excellence

Focusing on the long term helps you to create discipline in the short term. Who do you aspire to be and what are you willing to sacrifice to get there?
