Why Your Warm Up Is Everything

How you start has everything to do with how you finish. This week we talk about the importance of a warm up and what should be in it.

  • Increased blood flow and oxygen. 
  • Improved performance. 
  • Better range of motion. 
  • Less muscle tension and pain.
