Annette Co-founded The Athlete Practice with her husband, Jovon, in an effort to help athletes deal with the physical and mental pressures of high-level athletics.
She is also the creator or YogaSport, a flow based recovery specifically designed for competitive athletes.
Annette is a former professional soccer player and a full-time yoga teacher. She works with athletes of all types and leads various online teacher trainings throughout the year. You can catch Annette for online classes or privates every week on Zoom.
